Training

Private Training

Private training offers 60-minute, fully personalized sessions with focused 1-on-1 attention, including monthly goal and mindset check-ins.

Semi Private Training

Semi-private training involves 60-minute sessions for 1–5 athletes, each with a personalized program based on their goals. It combines the benefits of private and group training, making it our most popular option.

Online Training

Online training provides a flexible, cost-effective option for athletes to train independently at home or their local gym without needing in-person sessions.

About

Coach Tanner is a High School Strength and Conditioning Coach with extensive experience working with athletes of all ages, from 10-year-olds to elite college athletes. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Biola University, where he was an NCAA Division 2 swimmer for four years. Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Coach Tanner designs training programs to improve strength, mobility, and resiliency while prioritizing injury mitigation. He tailors his approach to each athlete’s needs, fostering a positive environment that encourages growth, both physically and mentally, helping athletes reach their full potential.
