Speed Training is one of the most important parts of training for any sport. Mechanics, techniques, and training all take part in teaching an athlete how to exert maximal force at a young age. Students will have extensive training that reinforces proper mechanics.
Students will learn the basics of strength training and proper techniques. Built from the ground up and coached by a certified strength coach, athletes create good habits to carry into high school.
Students will learn how to do a variety of plyometrics that will translate to any sport. Learning these will teach kids how to produce forces in proper movement patterns.
Metrics are super important when tracking young athletes' progress. Each athlete will track the following throughout the program.
