What Is Online Training?

Online training is a fully remote coaching service. You get a custom training program written specifically for you, delivered through an app, with ongoing support and check-ins from your coach. No gym membership required — programs can be built for a home setup, a commercial gym, or anything in between.

This isn't a generic PDF workout plan. Every program is built around your goals, your available equipment, your schedule, and your current fitness level. It gets updated as you progress, and your coach is available to answer questions, review form videos, and adjust the plan when life gets in the way.

Who It's For

Online training is a great fit for athletes and individuals who can't make it to in-person sessions due to distance, schedule, or budget — but still want the structure and accountability of working with a coach.

It works well for high school and college athletes who travel frequently, athletes in off-season who want to maintain or build fitness on their own schedule, adults looking to improve general fitness and athleticism, and anyone who prefers the flexibility of training on their own time.

How It Works

Meet The Coach Zoom Call
We start with a 20-30 minute intake zoom call where we will dive deep into your strength and weaknesses as an athlete. Our goal is to get to know you as well as possible in order to ensure we can properly individualize the program to your needs.
Initial Assessment
You will video yourself performing a series of basic exercises and movements. Then these will be sent to the coach for assessment and from there we can begin to create your program.
Weekly Check-Ins
Your program will be released weekly (usually on Sundays) and will be tweaked each week according to the feedback you give the coach. The coach will communicate with you via app 1-2 times a week. With the option to hop on another call every 2-3 months.
Form Reviews
You always have the option to send a video of your lifts to get direct feedback on technique. This is one of the most valuable parts of online coaching — real eyes on your movement.
Program Updates
Your program evolves with you. It will remain relatively the same for around 4 weeks and then completely change after. This ensures that we give the body the proper time to adapt without boring you.

The App We Use: Train Heroic

All programming is delivered through Train Heroic — a professional-grade coaching app built specifically for athletes and strength coaches. Your weekly program is loaded directly into the app, complete with exercise videos, sets, reps, rest periods, and coaching notes for every movement. No spreadsheets, no PDFs — just a clean, easy-to-follow interface on your phone.

Train Heroic also tracks your performance over time — logging your weights, reps, and personal records automatically so both you and your coach can see your progress at a glance. You can message your coach directly through the app, submit form videos, and leave session feedback after each workout. It keeps everything in one place and makes the remote coaching experience feel personal.

What Equipment Do You Need?

Programs are built around whatever you have access to. Common setups include a commercial gym with full equipment, a home gym with a barbell and rack, a basic setup with dumbbells and resistance bands, or even bodyweight-only if that's all that's available.

During the intake process, you'll tell us exactly what equipment you have, and the program will be designed accordingly. No equipment? No problem — we can build an effective program with just your bodyweight.
