Semi-private training brings together a small group of athletes — 1 to 6 per session — who train at the same time but follow individualized programs tailored to their specific goals, sport, and physical development stage.
Unlike group classes where everyone does the same workout, semi-private training means your athlete gets a program designed specifically for them. The group setting keeps energy high and accountability strong, while the coach-to-athlete ratio ensures nothing gets missed.
Sessions run 60 minutes and are structured to maximize every minute — from dynamic warm-up through strength work, power development, and conditioning.
Semi-private training is designed for athletes ages 12 and up across all sports. Whether your athlete is a freshman trying to make varsity, a multi-sport athlete managing a heavy schedule, or a committed competitor preparing for the next level — this program is built to meet them where they are.
We work with athletes from football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, soccer, swimming, track, hockey, and more. Sport doesn't define the program — the athlete's goals do.
Most gyms offer either one-on-one personal training (expensive, isolating) or large group classes (cheap, but generic). Semi-private training sits in the best of both worlds.
